If you feel stuck, you’ve come to the right place. I felt stuck for some time; all the while, the stack of books on my nightstand continued to grow. Profound titles by Phil Stutz, Marc Brackett, Brené Brown, Ruby Payne, Jamie Kern Lima, and Sarah Knight served as Instagram-worthy decor, but little did I know I was naturally building a stack of mentor texts. Close reading turned into reflection, then annotation, and eventually synthesis.

Influenced by these greats, I have cultivated my niche in synthesizing and delivering information to learners. Acting as a connector—a conduit of information—I offer a new approach to consciously coping with life's adversities.
